before I download this torrent...I have few questions

First, thus this skin pack convert your desktop into "Metro Style" also?
Second, When you click on the Start button...thus it displays the "Metro Style"?

for as we all know that what's the big difference between OS and this Win8 is the "Metro Style" Apps...
